Australian INDEPENDENT feature film
Sound Design & Sound Mixing

In 2014 I was commissioned to be the sound designer and sound mixer on an Australian Independent feature film. This was an amazing opportunity to work alongside the director Tristan Barr who was also the writer of the feature. I spent hours upon hours of time producing, sculpting and creating sounds from various synths and drones to match with scenes within the film. Then once all the audio received the go ahead from Tristan Barr, I began the process of mixing the whole feature, this took me approx 2 weeks of work, fine tuning, getting levels right to bring maximum impact and enjoyment to the viewer. This film was filmed in Melbourne and went on to win a string of awards around the world which I have listed below. I am very humbled to have been part of this production and will remember the experience for years to come sitting for hours at my studio desk listening and watching so much so that at times I may even have remembered the lines myself. :-)
